LEE JOON GI

CELEBRATES

SHIN JU HWAN’S

WEDDING

3 MARCH 2024

Lee Joon Gi celebrated his co-star, Shin Ju Hwan’s wedding on 3 March. Shin plays Dalsae, an adviser to Inaishingi, the Ago coalition leader portrayed by Lee in the 2023 tvN’s masterpiece television series, The Sword of Aramun. Shin’s wife, a non-celebrity, works in the corporate sector of the entertainment industry.

The good-looking Shin had been involved in many movies (Fashion King and Café Midnight) and television series (Bad And Crazy, Summer Strike, Cheese In The Trap, The Producers, Arthdal Chronicles 1 and Its sequel, The Sword Of Aramun).

In 2013, Shin won two awards for Sex King, Best Korean Short In The 2nd Toronto Korean Film Festival, And FlyAsiana Award For Best Short Film In The 8th Paris Korean Film Festival.

Shin Ju Hwan’s most memorable scene in The Sword of Aramun was his impressive emotional scene with Lee Joon Gi who portrays Inaishingi-Eun Seom and Park Jin who plays Mungtae.

In the poignant scene, Dalsae played by Shin pointedly accused Mungtae of betrayal in the past. Inaishingi-Eun Seom, in his blinding wrath, had savagely caught hold of Mungtae but Dalsae pleaded with the Ago chief not to kill him because their disloyal friend had been morally weak previously.

With tears flowing down his cheeks, Dalsae made an impassioned plea for Mungtae’s life. ‘Mungtae could’ve killed me but he didn’t.’

Eun Seom only came to his senses when Dalsae knelt before him and begged him to release Mungtae.

The Chosen One, the best ost of The Sword Of Aramun, was played when the happy couple walked on the stage.
