Remember Lee Joon Gi’s famous and unforgetable pomegranate commercial film? On 16 March 2024, JTBC broadcast a segment about Lee Joon Gi’s promegranate CF on Knowing Brothers. Song Ha Yoon, the girl who was also featured in the advertisement talks about working twice with Lee Joon Gi - in the Clazziquai music video, Sweety, before his fame, and in the Lotte pomegranate drink commercial after he was launched into stardom after his 2005 movie The King and The Clown. The movie is streamed on Netflix.
The King and The Clown attracted
12 million viewers and Lee won many local and international awards. His
television series, My Girl, added to his allure. Lee Joon Gi becama an Asian
phenomenon. His first fan meeting, Episode 1 in the Jamsil Sports Complex on 21
May 2006 was the largest ever for an actor. 12,000 fans from all over Asia
attended his concert.

won within a month. The CF was called Lee Joon Ki’s Syndrome. His popularity
set the flower boy trend rolling and there was no turning back the clock
MV CLAZZIQUAI PROJECT 'SWEETY' IU was invited to participate
in JTBC’s Knowing Brothers in 2018 and Lee Joon Gi guested because IU requested
it. They were in Episodes 150 and 151 of the variety show. |
