On 28 June 2023, NamooActors, the talent company that manages Lee Joon Gi's career, moved to a new address. Kim Jong Do, the founder and President of NamooActors, announced that his company has a new address for the first time after 19 years 6 months. The image of a tree is the logo of the company which he founded on 15 January 2004.

The traditional Gosa ceremony to wish for good luck, health, success and abundance was performed at the new premises. President Kim Jong Do and CEO Kim Dong Sik officiated at the ceremony. The blessing ritual involves arranging food and beverages on an altar. The pig’s head, which in modern times could be replaced by a cake resembling a pig’s head, is the centrepiece of the food display. It was reported that other than Lee Joon Gi, the actors who attended the celebratory event included Do Ji Won, Seohyun, Kim Jae Kyung, Park Eun Bin, Song Kang, Oh Hyun Joong, Lee Jung Shik, Park Sun Ho, and others. 
Lee Joon Gi, the impressive ICON for DRAMA who towers above other actors in the South Korean showbusiness industry with his successful movies and television series, looks intriguingly different from the past. Long hair also suits him. He has transformed into another Lee Joon Gi with a new, enigmatic and endearingly gorgeous side that his fans have never seen before.

President Kim, in one past interview, emphasized that NamooActors is a ‘people’ not ‘product’ oriented company. Unlike most companies which also carry out production etc., NamooActors focuses solely on the management of actors. ‘A manager’s job is to provide the right direction for each newbie, mid-level or top star and adjust the pace so that they don’t become tired. …… Anyone born as an actor must live as an actor till the end.’
 When asked a question in another interview, President Kim, while heaping praises on his distinguished troupe of stars and superstars, expressed his and also the conviction of the general public that ‘Lee Joon Gi is the most artistic actor’ as Lee ‘has talents in many fields’.
