Lee Joon Gi attended the reopening of the flagship Hermes store in Dosan Park, Seoul on 19 May 2017 after its major renovation. There is always something creative about such occasions. But one thing the French luxury brand is famous for at their events is fashion meets art. And, sure enough, a contemporary art exhibition was held in its store but it would continue its run till 23 July 2017.
     
Plenty of beautiful abstract paintings splashed with rainbow colours adorn the Hermes store. Only imaginative viewers would be able to interpret the paintings or have something smart to say. By the looks of the works of art, they don’t come cheap. Neither do the other beautiful things in the store.

The atmosphere must have heated up as soon as the handsome South Korean actor, Lee Joon Gi, arrived at the Hermes store. Lee Joon Gi, who was specially invited to grace the Hermes function, is not your run-of-the mill actor but someone who is awesome, energetic and charming and who brings the sun along with him wherever he goes.  Watching Lee Joon Gi scrutinize a piece of art could be a stirring experience for many onlookers. It probably leaves a lasting impression on them.

The gorgeous star was interviewed by SBS Plus and Lee admitted that he wanted to look dapper and he did. The interviewer complimented his fashionable style, “You are easily the best dressed today!’ The interviewer certainly knew his stuff. Bonus points to him! Obviously, he could smell and see a fashion icon – one with excellent fashion sense.
     
It was no surprise that the dashing actor chose something very trendy. His dark green zippered shirt was teamed with a dark green suit jacket, and burgundy trousers instead of matching dark green trousers. The effect was stunning. He looked like a million bucks. If he had worn dark green trousers, he would have looked just as chic. There were formal-type jetted pockets, one on each side of his two-button single-breasted jacket. One button was stylishly unbuttoned.
The eagle-eyed interviewer pointed out the elegant yet understated embroidered or stitched details on certain parts of Lee’s jacket and the most stylish and distinctive part of his ensemble - the startling and attention-grabbing zipper on his shirt. The zipper ran lengthwise from the top to the base of the shirt. Parallel to the zipper was the usual row of buttons.

Lee’s style was more formal than casual because he had worn shoes with the ensemble. Trendy. Was Lee making a bold fashion statement? Hermes should make him their billboard model.

Lee Joon Gi seems to be one of the popular sights in fashion events, including Hermes events. Last year, Lee was also invited to the Hermes Crazy Carre function in Busan, his home city.
Fashionable people were part of the crowd. Dancing and music filled the place. Lee was stunning in his black open-necked shirt and suit.

The gorgeous actor also found himself at the Hermes Wanderland which resembled Alice’s Wonderland, a strange and wondrous realm. He was interviewed by Elle Korea.
