The Sword of Aramun or Arthdal Chronicles 2 is rated 'The Most Buzzworthy Drama' on Good Data Corporation's weekly lists of TV dramas that generated the most buzz. An extraordinary groundbreaking high fantasy television
series, the first
of its kind in Korean television history, it speaks of the time when ancient gods and strange races walked amongst the
people, magical creatures which inhabit the continent of Arth, a
beautiful timeless romance between gods, and the sensational battles
of Inaishingi, the reincarnation of the ancient god of war, and Tagon, the
fake reincanation of Aramun Haesulla. It is a great series that everyone must
see at least once in their lifetime. The action centres on Eun Seom, the reincarnation of
Inaishingi, who becomes the reincarnation of two gods upon inheriting the
sword of Aramun Haesulla, a symbol of power. Gifted a rare chance of playing
twins of polar opposites, the highly acclaimed actor, Lee Joon Gi, who is
rarely off-screen in the 12-episode series, impeccably interpretes his dual
roles of the heroic Eun Seom, the reincarnation of Inaishingi, and the
machiavellian Saya, the heir to the Arthdal throne. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kZuOYtE1yrk&ab_channel=DisTimes The fantasy world described in the series which is created by screenwriters, Kim Young Hyun and Park Sang Yeon, is presided by the
visionary Director
Kim Kwang Sik who has striven to translate their ideas into a
fantastically detailed and fascinating drama. He is assisted by Assistan-Director, Bae Tae Jong and the
awesome Choi Chan Ming, the Director of Photography and Cinematographer and
his team. The ancient war-action-romance television series offers a
treasure trove of fascinating individual stories about the three children of
destiny, two of whom are foretold to be gods, Eun Seom (Lee Joon Gi) and
Tanya (Shin Sae Kyeong) while the third, Saya (Lee Joon Gi) whose godly
status, if any, is in jeopardy. Eun Seom is the reincarnation of Inaishingi and Tanya, the High
Priest of Arthdal, is the reincarnation of Asa Sin. Eun Seom and Saya,
identical twins who were separated at birth, and Tanya are destined to make a
stunning difference to the fantasy world of Arth upon destroying the evil king,
Tagon, played by Jang Dong Gun, and his ruthless queen, Taealha, played by Kim
Ok Vin. Eun Seom, the real reincarnation of the
god Inaishingi and Tagon, an imposter who claims to be the reincarnation of the
god, Aramun Haesulla, are locked in battle for supremacy over the continent of
Arth. These two leaders are no ordinary characters; they are Igutus, the
offspring of a Saram (red-blooded human-like race) and a Neanthal
(blue-blooded race). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DWtL4OOeSyY&ab_channel=Leejoongi_globalfans
When the intriguing ancient story opens, Tagon, the king of
Arthdal, the most powerful kingdom in Arth, has just conquered the last of
the rebel tribes. Ironically, Arthdal is teetering on the edge of decline
with the challenge of Eun Seom, the reincarnation of Inaishingi, the god of
Ago, who has risen in power in less than a decade after Tagon ascended the Arthdal throne. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bztNTlyEH0w&ab_channel=Initpokerface
What is startling in Inaishingi’s war aganst Tagon is that his power is bolstered by the help of his horse, thought to be Kanmoreu. Kanmoreu is believed to be the divine horse of the ancient god, Aramun Haesulla. Inaishingi and Aramun Haesulla, the ancient gods of war, were supposedly historical enemies. So, the question is, why would the heavenly horse, Kanmoreu side with Inaishingi-Eun Seom? The intriguing twist to the story is that Eun Seom would not only be the reincarnation of Inaishingi but also his rival, Aramun Haesulla. Two-in-One. It proves that Tagon has falsely claimed that he is the reincarnation of the god, Aramun Haesulla. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nodo1p0_OEE&ab_channel=Disney%2BPhilippines The riveting and spine-tingling wars, which showcase
Inaishingi-Eun Seom in stunning, incredible, fast, furious and savage action,
also includes a gripping vertiginous hurricane of fire in the pine forests.
It is a reckless strategy of pure undiluted adrenalin launched by the
cornered Ago tribe led by Inaishingi against Tagon. Viewers must be prepared to succumb to the television series’
rich mixture of beauty, unique charms, stunning action scenes, amazing visual images, thrilling wars, intriguing ancient gods, incredible culture and
traditions, magical creatures, and the unique races which dot the landscape
of Arth. |
