Many fans of Lee Joon Gi see no reason why they should fill their waking hours with brooding over the evils of the day like injustice, prejudice, hubris, lies, misinformation, disinformation and whatnot. Perhaps, this should be left for another day. Meanwhile, there are so many wonderful things to discuss like Lee Joon Gi’s announcement about the wrapping up of the filming of Arthdal Chronicles: The Sword of Aramoon on his Instagram post dated 29 April 2023. Lee thanked his Dream Team, particularly, Choi Chan Min, the Director of Photography for his care, guidance, hardwork and skill of filming him throughout the 9 months filming duration. In response, Choi Chan Min has nothing but glowing praise for the sterling actor.

It had been 9 months of exacting shooting and demanding schedules. To be precise, they filmed over a span of 138 days. For Lee Joon Gi, even his non-filming days must have been punishing. He had to exercise continuously for his formidable role as Eun Seom, a warrior of barbarian lineage fighting in the savage wars and conflicts that wreak havoc in Arthdal. The on-going strict regime and rigorous training must have been exhausting for the actor. To say the least, on his off-days, he had to prepare for his 5th May Splendor Family Day fan meeting in Yokohama, Japan.

Fans have the luck of reading the revealing conversation between Lee Joon Gi and Choi Chan Min about their filming experiences on Instagram.

LEE JOON GI AND SHIN JU HWAN

The multihyphenate also responded to co-star Shin Ju Hwan who plays Dalse in Arthdal Chronicles. The younger actor had posted some emojis on Lee’s latest Instagram update. 'YOU REALLY DID A GREAT JOB, bro! Let us MEET AGAIN on ANOTHER GREAT PROJECT.' Dalsae is the Wahan tribe’s greatest hunter and warrior. Although he had been mean to Eun Seom in the past, he would become the warrior-hero’s greatest comrade in the future.

LEE JOON GI AND THE MOTHER OF JUNG SEO YEON

(HIS YOUNG FLOWER OF EVIL CO-STAR WHO PLAYED HIS DAUGHTER)

The mother of Jung Seo Yeon, the cute and precocious little girl who worked with Lee in Flower of Evil, also left some positive comments on his Instagram. One suddenly wonders if Seo Yeon had worked with him again in Arthdal Chronicles: The Sword of Aramoon. That would have been wonderful. They have such great chemistry as father and daughter in the 2020 television series.
