Whatever happens in the end, fans are absolutely confident that Lee Joon Gi would be passionate about whatever he does. He would certainly perform brilliantly in Criminal Minds.

Lee Joon Gi entered the script reading room with a charming smile.
Social Etiquette: Lee greeted and bowed to the others in the room as a sign of respect. He was ever so polite. It was more than a tilt of the head. Foreigners, especially people from the west, often puzzle over the significance and the intricacies of the South Korean custom of bowing to others.
Lee sat down but was playful. Naughty. Mischievous as usual. He played Peek-a-boo with the cameraman.
And he smiled cheekily. He was back to his usual happy self. His sunshine personality always brightens the life of his global fans and the people around him.
As in accordance with South Korean customs, all the other thespians also bowed to those present. But, what was most interesting is Lee Joon Gi and Yoo Sun’s relationship.
Yoo Sun also bowed upon arrival but there was a western style greeting waiting for her: A sweet reunion - Lee Joon Gi gave her a loving hug and she responded by patting his back. Lee’s fans are going to be really jealous of Yoo Sun.
The 41-year old actress plays his older sister in the Chinese movie ‘Never said Goodbye’. They were together in southern Italy in early 2015 to shoot the movie.
 Had Lee Joon Gi been given a military makeover by his stylist? Indeed. He was noticeably spruced up for his NCI role in the script reading event. In fact, he had seized upon the opportunity to show that he was deep in the character of Kim Hyun Joon, the NCI Investigative Agent cum bomb expert of the elite EOD squad.
First, his wardrobe. Lee was gorgeous in his stunning black nylon bomber jacket with a red, white and black striped knitted collar, hem and similarly patterned cuffs. Bomber jackets always give a military feel as they have military roots.
He had layered the jacket over a white shirt with a conservative collar, the top button of which was sexily undone. The shirt, which has been inspired by the turn of the century military uniforms, was coordinated with a pair of black trousers.
What is the overall verdict? Stupendous! And, remember he was wearing his favourite Black, White and Red colours!
Then, his emotional intensity. Lee Joon Gi slipped easily into character. As Hyun Joon, a bomb expert and member of the Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) unit, he vented his frustration on the other profilers who were slow in making a decision about the bombs which were planted by the criminal. It's heavy stuff, not a topic that ordinary people could understand, and Kim Hyun Joon was fiery hot when ranting about the urgency of preventing the predicted bomb explosion.
             
One could imagine Kim Hyun Joon’s character as Lee’s modulated voice rose and fell with the change in his demeanour. He seemed to be portraying a man with a fiery temper. Think Phoenix. The fiery bird of the East.
    
Moon Chae Won, the beautiful female lead, was not to be outdone. She wore a striking tan double-breasted trench coat with eye-catching buttons. The coat, with a stand-up collar and epaulettes, reminds the viewers of the detective, Sherlock Holmes. Well, the outfit was appropriate for the occasion as all the profilers are Sherlock Holmes in the making.
The look matches the tough and conservative character of Ha Seon Woo who seems to be too serious for jokes.     The others also performed admirably in their script reading. 
Kim Young Chul
One actor was conspicuously missing from the event. 64-year Kim Young Chul, who plays Baek San, the NCI founder and chief, was absent. It was reported that he was busy shooting another drama.
Despite having a valid excuse, he must still be ‘punished’ for being absent from such an important meeting. He has to be taught a lesson! He must be compelled to imitate Kim Hyun Joon’s sexy, tantalising ‘swagger’. Who could better teach him but the swaggerlicious expert, Kim Hyun Joon? It would be titillating if they were to do a two-minute swagger together while on duty, and fans could watch it in slow motion!
Who says he’s too old to do it? Definitely NO! I kid you not.
According to Brilio.net in 2016, the World Health Organization (WHO) had declared that 65 years old is still considered young, and thereafter, defined a new criterion to classify human age. You can now throw your dictionaries away.
