NOTICE ON TICKET SALES
SOURCE
- Purchase of two tickets per person is
allowed.
- Detailed rules will be subject to the
rules of online reservation store.
- Kindly note that any deals through online
second hand deal sites or other illegal channels other than the official
reservations store are being monitored by the agency. Any transactions
confirmed as such can be immediately canceled without any notice by the right
of the host and such cancellation will not be held responsible for any
damages or loss caused by it.
- Please contact Interpark (1544-1555) for
any inquires about purchases, exchanges or refunds.
HOW TO GET THE TICKET
- All tickets for this event will be
received on the event day at the venue. This is to avoid fans’ inconveniences
and monetary damages caused by the prevailing illegal ticket transactions.
- To get the ticket, reserved person must
present an ID card (driver’s license, student ID) at the ticket box.
- Tickets will be handed over only at the
ticket box on the event day. The ticket box will be running from 4 hours
prior to the event till 30 minutes after the start of the event. ( Ticket box
running hours are subject to change depending on the circumstance at the
venue)
SEAT ARRANGEMENT
- The venue is divided into standing area
and designated seat area.
- Standing area consists of two sections
(A,B ). The number you get when purchasing the ticket is your entering order.
The
lower number means the sooner entering.
- Wheelchair seats may have some obstruction
in sight.
Matters to be attended to while entering and
during the performance.
- Complying with the field stewards lead,
the audience in the standing area will start to queue as the reserved number
from 2hours before the event and will be admitted as the set queue from 1hour
30 minutes before the event. If you arrive after your turn of entering
passed, your admission number will be nullified and you will be admitted only
after the other audiences’ entering is completed.
- Audiences in the designated seat will
enter after the admission in the standing area is completed. ( about 1 hour
before the event)
- Changing seats to standing area or to
another seat is not allowed.
- Entering can be restricted after the event
has begun. Thus, we ask you to arrive in the venue in advance.
- Beverages and food, except for water, are
not allowed inside the venue. Pets ,flower bouquets, balloon, and any
dangerous items such as bottles, cans, fireworks, gunpowder, laser etc will
not be admitted.
- During the performance, any photoshoot or
recordings without prearrangement will be prohibited. We kindly ask you for
your active and voluntary cooperations.
LOCKERS
- Running hours: 3 hours before the event ~
30 minutes after the start of the event.
( You can collect your items until 1hour 30
minutes after the event. )
- Rate: 2,000 KRW
- Beware of the possibility of theft or loss
for valuable items.
- Lockers are available only for the
standing area audiences.
