 Lee Joon Gi, ‘The Legendary
Multihyphenate’ AKA ‘Asia's King of Song and Dance’ is all set to give the
Indonesian audience the time of their lives on 18 January 2025. Indonesians
must not miss Lee Joon Gi’s fan concert. Lee’s reputation as a passionate and
dedicated actor and entertainer precedes him. They will be treated to an
electrifying and unforgettable experience. Lee Joon Gi is not your ordinary
entertainer. The effortlessly charming and charismatic Lee Joon Gi is not only
an awe-inspiring actor and martial artist but also an amazing singer, dancer
and model. The incredibly talented South Korean will use all his talents and
skills to weave magic in the K-Pop-like fan-concert which he calls a
fan meeting. Although Lee had been to
Indonesia twice, it is Lee’s very first concert in Indonesia. He was in
Indonesia under tvN’s World Special 2009 Love In Indonesia project, and in May

Lee, an incredible singer and
dancer, sang many of his own original songs and also OSTs from his television
series in his previous fan concerts in Kuala Lumpur and Taipei. He also launched his latest songs, ‘Dancing In The Moonlight’ and
‘Delete’ in his Kuala Lumpur fan concert in September this year. His singing
and dancing were jawdroppingly awesome. He even sang songs in the local
language of the country in which he was holding his fan concerts.
Lee Joon Gi’s performances have left a lasting impression on the media.

Be Slow, Run, and TV OSTs like Chosen One’ and’ In My Heart’ - ‘Each song
was met with enthusiastic sing-alongs from the audience, creating a shared
experience that highlighted the deep connection between Lee Joon Gi and his
devoted international fanbase.’    Lee played a 'Dart Throwing' game in his Taipei fan meeting. It was hilarious. The segment of the show proves that Lee is quite the entertainer.
    The screen aesthetics, designs and the explosion of beautiful rainbow colours provided an ethereal backdrop to the show, and the audiences in Kuala Lumpur and Taipei were transported to different worlds, especially when scenes from his television series were projected onto the screen as he belted out some popular OSTs from his television series. Colourful confetti falling from above made the show even more magical.      Lee narrated a hilariously
funny anecdote about his mother pestering him to do as many television series
as possible so that she could watch him regularly on television.
Many actors are doing
television series back-to-back and accepting as many offers as possible but Lee
is picky and selective. Like his mother, Lee’s fans want him to be a staple on
their television screens or the silver screen.
What humorous story will he tell next?
 In response to some fans’
request, Lee performed a stunt in the Kuala Lumpur fan meet. He performed a
split and a backward flip.
Nurul Najmin Abu Bakar of The
Malaysian Reserve, was ‘….. utterly astonished by Lee’s flexibility,
especially when he performed the split’.
Her praises also included,
‘Lee had rerecorded all the songs he covered, infusing them with his own unique
voice and a fresh twist on the instrumentation’, ‘… his powerful performance

   Not many fan meetings have
live bands. The live music is amazing.
Asila Jalil from New Straits Times singled out an important
detail of Lee’s fan meet, ‘What made the whole experience at Mega Star Arena
in Kuala Lumpur even more exciting was the four-member live band, something
uncommon in Kpop fan meets and even concerts.’
      The dance crew or backup
dancers were professional. They were also praised for their great dance moves which
were well synchronized.    Unlike complaints about
concerts or fan meets of other entertainers and artistes, the translators for
Lee’s fan-concerts are professionals. While most in the audience may not
understand Korean and do not know whether the translation is accurate or not,
the translators, however have distinct and clear voices, and come across as
articulate and fluent.  Lee gamely posed for selfies in response to requests from his fans. In the Kuala Lumpur leg of the tour, he showed some cute and lovable 'Aegyo' poses. He also obliged his Taiwanese fans when they requested for some 'sexy' poses.     Some international fans,
especially the loyal and dedicated Japanese fans, came fully prepared and
loaded with gifts to be distributed to the participants. In the Kuala Lumpur
fan meeting, a few Japanese fans, including Tomoko and Mitsuko, generously distributed gifts like
key-chains, pictures, pens, snacks and others. The LJG Malaysian fan club also handed out gifts.
